WEEK 12 2012 FOOTBALL PICKS

The highlights from last weeks football games included the Gaffney Indians winning the Region 2 4A Championship with their win over Spartanburg, the Clemson Tigers routed the Duke Blue Devils and the Carolina Panthers got their second win of the season.

I went 7 and 3 in my football picks last week. My record for the season is 74 and 36 for 67%. Let's look at this week's picks.

HIGH SCHOOL GAMES

Stratford @ Dorman..... This one should be a good one. The Knights and Cavaliers haven't played for a few years. I see Dorman in a close one..... Dorman 24  Stratford 21

Andrew Jackson @ Chesnee..... Like Blacksburg the Eagles had a bye last week. They will also say bye bye to Andrew Jackson..... Chesnee 27  Andrew Jackson 14

COLLEGE GAMES

Maryland @ Clemson..... The Tigers are on a roll and they will roll over the Terps..... Clemson 41  Maryland 14

Arkansas @ South Carolina..... The Razorbacks have been a thorn in the sides of the Gamecocks over the years. The Cocks will win, but not without a fight..... South Carolina 24  Arkansas 13

Kansas State @ TCU..... The Wildcats just keep on winning..... Kansas State 34  TCU 21

NFL GAMES

Denver @ Carolina..... The Panthers got their second win last week. They will have to wait to get number three..... Denver 24  Carolina 16

Tennessee @ Miami..... The Dolphins should get back on the winning side this week after a slip up last week..... Miami 20  Tennessee 10

Dallas @ Philadelphia..... These are two underachieving football teams. It is hard to say who will win. I guess I will go with the home team..... Philadelphia 17  Dallas 14

DID YOU KNOW?..... Gaffney won the Region Championship last week with their win over Spartanburg. It is the first time the Indians have won back to back Region Championships since 1980 and 1981.
